Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow
Medial Epicondylits and Lateral Epicondylitis AKA Golfer's Elbow/Tennis Elbow are a pair of conditions that can easily become chronic. In this clinic we see a lot of this presentation and it is rarely due to golf or tennis.  This is also common in weightlifters, kettle bell competitors, baseball players and jiu-jitsu fighters. It can be difficult to rest this injury and allow it to heal as regression occurs whenever the arm is used. For that reason we treat the initial presentation by aggressively pushing the healing process using a combination of nutritional therapy, vasopneumatic compression and Graston therapy. Together with some skilled activity modification we get some great results with this tricky presentation.
