The Ring Dinger® Technique

Now available in Seattle

After integrating this powerful dynamic spinal decompression technique into our protocols, we now treat patients from all around the world with the Ring Dinger® Technique.  With two certified full-time practitioners we are helping dozens of patients every week achieve immediate and lasting results.  There really is nothing like it.

From chronic posture and nerve pain from past auto injuries, to symptoms from acute scooter crashes, to symptoms that slowly arise from seemingly nowhere, we see this technique deliver results across the board.

The Ring Dinger® Technique landed on our radar years ago when several patients began sending us outrageous viral videos of people having miraculous results from Ring Dinger® treatments. As a reluctant favor to them, we did our due diligence.  This turned out to be neither simple nor easy.  Before we became certified Team Ring Dinger® practitioners, there was not single clinic certified in the Ring Dinger® Technique in Seattle or in the state of Washington, or anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest.

The originator of the technique, Dr. Gregory Johnson keeps a tight circle and thoroughly vets his students.  In his 43 years of practicing and teaching the Ringer Dinger technique he has only certified 35 practitioners world wide in his technique.  My attempt at "due diligence" led me down a rabbit hole that went all the way down to Houston, Texas and the fountainhead and originator of the technique, Dr. Greg Johnson.  As with all new modalities at SMNW, I am patient zero and for this I am a tough target.

Dr. Pond's Very Compressed Spine

Many of you may remember last October when I was unable to stand upright for any period of time.  You could call it severe spinal compressive trauma.  I called it "empathy training" when I suffered the exact sort of injury that I've had the pleasure to help many of you with. My low back injury came on the heels of a long dehydrated drive sandwiched between two layers of violent Olympic lifting and equally violent Jiu Jitsu sparring. The result:

  • Multiple vertebral endplate fractures
  • A pars interarticularis fracture (Spondylolisthesis)
  • Multiple Disk herniations including that nasty desiccated L4-5 segment
  • What was the worst though was the L3-4 segment herniation which put enough pressure on the L4 nerve root that my right quadricep spasmed for 3 days then went into paralysis and atrophy.

I have successfully fully recovered from this injury, but I lost some height in the process and I have had to eliminate some the spinal compression hobbies such as deadlifting and barbell backsquats.

I experienced profound healing at the hands of Dr. Greg Johnson with his Ring Dinger Technique.  After 3 days spent observing people coming to him from all around the world, arriving in pain and leaving symptom-free, I left Houston 3 days later Certified in the Ring Dinger Technique. I had regained a 1/4 inch of height I had lost to my low back injuries.  Since that treatment series, my body feels different. I no longer notice my upper back tension, I feel comfortable sitting and standing more upright and I've even returned to powerlifting and jiu jitsu.  I am very grateful to have received this technique and I look forward to sharing the benefits with you.
